It's Time For Health Screenings!
Health screenings are quick, convenient, and a great way to catch small issues before they become big ones. Whether you’re feeling great or just want peace of mind, this is your moment to prioritize you. When you feel your best, you bring your best—to work, to home, to everything in between.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
This July-September, all full-time and part-time associates can receive a health screening at no cost! Spouses enrolled in an Averitt health plan are also encouraged to complete a screening.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
Associates who complete health screenings are entered into a prize drawing. Associates will receive an additional entry if a spouse completes their screening. The prizes are:
- 10 prizes of 250,000 Red Thinkin’ Rewards points
- 25 prizes of 100,000 Red Thinkin’ Rewards points
- 25 prizes of 50,000 Red Thinkin’ Rewards points
- 10 prizes of one week of PTO to use in 2026

When and where can I get a health screening?
Onsite locations and dates vary based on site. Please click here to see where you can participate in a screening near you. Any associate can choose an offsite option at their nearest LabCorp or other approved clinic on the HC360 app.
Saturday screening events will also take place for our over-the-road drivers. Please click here to see if an onsite Saturday event is offered near you.
All screenings must be completed by 9/19 to be counted towards the incentive.

How do I sign up?
Scheduling options vary based on location. Please click here to see which method you will be required to use to sign up for your appointment.
To schedule using the myHC360 app:
- Download the myHC360+ app or visit my.hc360.app on your web browser
- Select Register and enter your information
- Your Company Code is AVEXP
- Your Unique ID is your Last 4 SSN
- Select Schedule a Biometric Screening under the Biometric Screening section
- Select onsite or offsite, and follow the prompts
- If scheduling an offsite, click "use my current location" to find approved clinics near you
- You will be emailed confirmation of your appointment. If you selected an
offsite option, please bring your paperwork to your appointment - If you need help signing up for an appointment, please call HC360 at 866-511-0360, M-F, 8 am to 5 pm.
To schedule via paper: Contact your onsite health screening coordinator, which can be found on this chart.
* Please note that while appointments for Saturday events are preferred, walk-ins are accepted.

How do I prepare for my screening?
In order for blood work to be most accurate, please fast 8 hours before your appointment. Be sure to drink plenty of water in the hours leading up to your screening.

What can I expect at my appointment?
Body Measurement Component Includes: Height, Weight, Waist, and Blood Pressure
Fingerstick Blood Draw Component: Fingerstick taken by certified health professional
- BMI (Based on Height and Weight)
- HDL
- LDL
- Triglycerides
- Total Cholesterol
- Glucose
- a1C* if recommended by provider
- Reflexive if glucose is >=115

What do I do after my health screening?
STEP 1: View your results
By reviewing these insights, you can identify areas that may need attention, set realistic wellness goals, and take proactive steps to improve your quality of life. Remember, knowledge is power—use your screening results as a guide to better health. If you had an onsite health screening, your results will be provided to you onsite. If you choose an offsite option, you will receive your results after 8-10 business days through your HealthCheck360 portal.
STEP 2: Consult your physician
Your doctor can provide personalized insights, answer any questions, and recommend next steps to address potential concerns. This collaboration ensures that you’re making informed decisions and receiving the right guidance to support your long-term well-being.

How do I claim my Colonial Wellness Benefit?
If you have a Colonial policy and want to file a Wellness Benefit Claim, log in to your Colonial account and use 888-708-8807 when prompted to provide the medical provider's phone number.

Is my privacy protected?
Yes. HealthCheck360 protects the confidentiality of your information, in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996, which prohibits anyone from receiving your personal health information without your permission. HealthCheck360 may provide Averitt with collective data about its population as a whole, but not any individual health information unless you consent to provide. HealthCheck360 does not sell your information and is not a telemarketing service.
